Chase Bank

They refused to give me a signature guarantee on a form I need for Treasury Direct. Pretty disappointing that I can't rely on my main bank for standard services.

Been there at least a dozen times between 2018-2022. Theres always a happy and helpful team of professionals.

This branch office is quick to say no and rush you out the door. They always have an excuse. For me it's been, "you need to call a different department" or "I've never heard of that so I can't help you". They don't offer to help get you the contact information you need or look into anything slightly abnormal.

I believe that this brach is one of their newer locations.  I happened upon this location while attending an emoloyee meeting right across the street.  While I was there,I remembered that I received a promotional mailer just days before, that indicated that they were pro using $225.00 for new customers who just opened a new account.  That sounded like a good deal to me,so there I was on Friday opening a new account.  When I came in late afternoon, there was only one other customer doing a transaction inside the bank.  I was quickly greeted by a representative, and she offered me a seat at her desk.  She gave me an excellent overview about all of the features that the account had to offer.  The only caveat was that zi needed to add direct deposit to the new account in order to qualify for the bonus.  The whole process was easy as heck!

Visited this branch for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and efficiency of the branch manager.  He explained the process for things steps were taken to fulfill my request.  The customer service was excellent
