It took 4 phone calls to move my 401k out of Fidelity. They won't transfer electronically. Use a different brokerage if you can. Excuse after excuse.

Do not have the skill sets to help the clients with retirement transactions. Zero assistance but want a big fee to do nothing.

The front desk is busy, and substantially understaffed. IDK how Google Maps determines busy-ness but it's just plain wrong. Once someone helps, it goes smoothly.
