After a stressful day at the airport, it was nice to be greeted with such pleasantries. Jesse, at the front desk, was nothing but kind and professional. I also appreciated the free shuttle service! Understandably, there were delays due to a large number of people using this service. However, I accidentally got on the shuttle to Hampton South and the driver still went out of his way to make sure I got to the correct location. I wish I knew his name to thank him properly. If youre reading this, Im the girl with the really heavy animal

Old building that shows it a bit, but overall, for my short stay, they did the job well. Nice staff. Breakfast typical and free. Pool looked nice (didn't use). Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Walking distance to McDonald's and a sports bar.

The hallways are a bit of a mess but the room was nice and clean but smelled moldy.
Front desk was abandoned for over an hour. We had to call corporate to get ahold of anyone

Front desk staff were nice and helpful, but rooms are very dated and worn out. It's a 2 star hotel charging 4 star prices.
Walkability: Restaurants and stores nearby.
