Horrible Hotel. Everynight parties being thrown. Guests take up all of the neighborhood apartments parking, blocking our cars in, ghetto, loud people disappointing. You get no answer on their phones. The police will continue to get called.

This hotel is located in a perfect area, where you can go to several tourist places in the area, my stay was wonderful here!

Tl;dr: Book a hotel with on-site staff. This one is clearly a recent real estate investment trying to eke maximum revenue with minimum staffing. Getting the gate code requires you to go through an AI-powered background check (send in back/front of ID and a selfie). Every room has a Ring doorbell. To be fair, it could be nice enough if your neighbors are quiet, but when your neighbors are spring break partiers, the thin walls mean you are going to hear every word until 5am - and there is no one on site to enforce quiet hours.

This is a self check in hotel, but the code they gave us didnt work and their 24/7 helpline just went to voicemails. Finally someone contacted us from a foreign country, and we got into the room just to find the sheets had stains and hairs. See photo. This was a very pricey hotel. My advice: stay at a chain you know.

Bad experience. I made a reservation through a platform, they didn't contact me to explain anything. I was the one who sent a message for guidance on check in (I didn't even know it was a password and there was no reception). Furthermore, they charged an ABUSIVE cleaning fee of 50 dollars (while the daily rate costs 79 dollars), without my authorization and without my knowledge... if this cleaning fee is mandatory, why don't they add it to the daily rate? It can only be to deceive customers. Disappointed and angry with the lack of transparency and ethics with the customer.
