I worked with Victor when he sold my daughter's house. We randomly called Victor on a Sunday and he immediately answered our questions and came to the house prepared with all the information on the property. When my husband and I decided to move it was a big decision. We had been in our home in south Florida for over 31 years. The first thing we had to do was find an agent to sell our home. We interviewed 5 agents and decided to go with Victor. He seemed to know right from the beginning what we wanted in a buyer. He was diligent and always made appointments with us to bring potential buyers to see the house. Once we were under contract he guided us through every step of the process. He always answered my calls and texts within a few minutes. While selling a house is stressful, expensive and time consuming Victor made the process as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend him to anyone selling or buying a home in the Miami/Ft Lauderdale area and will use him again if the need ever arises.
