Nothing special but I like they have a kitchen and I don't have any complaints until now.

This team has really shown me some luv. Here for a medical stay, they have been so supportive. Rooms: Renovations are soon coming, but doable, clean for the most part, no critters. Quiet, for the most part. Staff are all so very accommodating.

My husband and I have been staying here before it was bought by IHG. The rooms were stinky, carpets disgusting and the overall appeal was abhorrent. Now the Southpoint people have taken over and they have a front desk person Ilka who is always rude, treats me and my husband like we are asking for favors and not paying customers. Ive discussed the floors a million times with them. They are constantly sticky and get black gunk on them all the time. Today, my scheduled day to have my room cleaned the housekeeper said no, I have too many rooms and Ilka responded to the situation like I should shut up and go sit at the back of the bus. She needs to be fired. I asked her to talk to a couple about smoking right in front of the door and she told me and them it was okay to smoke there, when the sign on the door says 100 feet. She then went on to yell at my husband and tell us that the couple said we are always parked in the disabled parking spot. I guess my permit doesnt count because they are white and Im black. See pictures for floors in my bath and kitchen. Ive always been willing to work with the new managers but that front desk Ilka, must go.
