Best extended stay in Jacksonville that I have visted so far. Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly.

Ive had a very positive experience here. Its the best Extended Stay America that Ive stayed at throughout Florida and Ohio. The staff is extremely friendly. Kay and Kim have been very welcoming and helpful. Seems like the management is really on their game, especially when compared to other Extended Stay Americas Ive been to. I have already stayed here for 5 months, and plan to stay at least a couple more. Anytime I had a maintenance issue, they were there literally within minutes. Ive been to various hotels where I do indoor mold testing, and this room tested fine, unlike most places. They have a beautiful lake in the front, where you can feed ducks, turtles, geese, and you can fish too. They have a pool in the back as well. In addition, its safe and convenient. Its only 15 minutes to Jacksonville Beach, and just a few minutes away from endless shops. Lastly, I got exceptional rates here and the type of people who are staying here are on the up and up for the most part. A few weeks ago they had a water pipe break, and they were on top of it immediately. They had high-powered fans, cleaned out the laundry room, and seemed to do everything possible to prevent mold. Ive read a couple reviews on here about this hotel and Im kind of dumbfounded. Im not sure exactly what they were expecting, but Im quite happy here. When my mom came to visit, she liked it so much that she came down for a month and got her own room! Give it a try! Cant beat it for the money.
