        We have been using DIY in Mandarin for about 5 years now. Their prices are very fair, their staff is friendly and helpful. The girls up front are awesome. I have been very happy with the performance of their machines over the years, and if there is ever a problem, they come to me and solve it. In their shop there is a sign that says "Being Nice Matters" and it's easy to tell that they take it to heart. I highly recommend them.

        Honest and stand-up staff. Had an issue with a man-lift running a little slow which held up my xmas lights project by a day. Cameron and staff allowed me to keep the lift an extra day with no additional fees. This kind of common sense customer service is increasingly uncommon and i really appreciated them making it right.
