Been using Martin ins for years, now they have been purchased by a bigger company and they are horrible office manager Samantha is not in the right business, she and her staff do not return calls, I had to call 15 times in 5 days to add something to my ins, I’ll be looking soon, somebody must want my business. 🤬

Bad company - do not waste or risk your money or safety. I had several policies with this company, covering rental properties, my home, my car, an umbrella policy. They were quite good until something happened and then they went totally downhill. I could not get in touch with anyone for weeks - using phone, email and text. I finally moved to another agent, complained to the state insurance commissioner and recently found out that they got a portion of a premium refund on a cancellation - and did NOT refund that amount to me - doesn't look right to me. I have tried to get them to send me the refund they got, but they deny that it ever happened. The company sending them the refund has proof of their depositing the check. I will be reporting this to the state as well.

Encountered an agent with a 941 phone number claiming to be with Martin Insurance Group. Suggestion: when you cold call a prospect and they tell you they are not interested, do you really think insulting their intelligence is the best use of your time? Not impressed and will never be interested in this agent.
