This location has always been very helpful and timely. Any time I need assistance they have been available to take my appointment the same day. Today I needed a tire patched and they were able to get me in and out very quickly. Logan and Kayla were both extremely helpful!

Very bad experience! I normally am patient and forgiving when it comes to mistakes and minor issues, but I can't trust this company anymore, especially when I've spent nearly $3000 with them in the past 2 months! So here's the story - I picked up my car from them on Saturday (3/30) after a $1,600 maintenance & parts replacement bill. Then on Monday (4/1) I discovered the steering wheel was not straight as I was drivin, and the car hasn't been driving well after they worked on it as it felt weird and shaky. Seems like they charged me for the alignment (and some 3k mile alignment warranty that I wasn't aware of) but didn't align the steering wheel properly or at all (don't know how that works). I called them and told them about the issues. They apologized and told me to bring it in right away so they can fast track it to get me back on the road. I took time off of work to go back to the shop... I was sitting in the shop for well over 2 hours and I needed to pick up my 3yo daughter from school. I then gave up and tried to leave, but the manager stopped me and told me he was gonna go work on it right away but to go pick up my kid and bring her back to the shop since it was down the road. I picked up my kid and we drove back and waited another 2 hours. I'm glad they were able to get my car done today and the staff kept working hard on multiple vehicles till about 7 which seems like it's way past their closing time so I don't know if they're understaffed or just behind but this never should of happened in the first place. Might be time to look elsewhere.
