Carlton Arms of Magnolia Valley

I had Rodney and Lucas from maintenance come out today to change out the thermostat in the apartment. They where both nice and quick with the replacement. Couldn't be happier. :D It was nice to sit and chat with them while they did the job. They need to keep these two around :) thank You Rodney and Lucas :)

Girlfriend and I went for a tour today and from what weve seen this place looks amazing, great views, great prices, friendly faces, we cant wait to get in. Annette was very helpful, friendly, funny, and informative great experience.

Just recently renewed my lease, I highly recommend it here, I have never had 1 issue, maintenance is super responsive expect to have resolution within 24 hours! Recently had Lucas and Rodney come by to resolve an appliance issue, super nice guys down to earth, resolved the faulty issue within 10 minutes! regular Lawn maintenance, pools, a beyond nice basketball court etc. The staff treats you like real people here and I will be renewing again when its time to.

I am so pleased with the professional work done by Lucas and Rodney today (and I have lived here for 13 years). They got right to work explained what needed to be done for the maintenance work and were pleasant. They cleaned up after themselves and answered my questions politely. not wishing for anything else to need fixing but if it does I would certainly hope they send Lucas and/or Rodney.they are great .

Im really hoping to be a future resident of Carlton Arms. Ive had the pleasure of meeting Denise who took us on our tour of the community, which was absolutely beautiful. Then I was filling out the application and had a little issue so I called and Vivian was very patient, kind and so so sweet to help me. So Im extremely excited about this and really cant wait to get the call that my waitlist days are over!
