Food restaurant was nearby. Location was nice and quiet. Hotel staff were excellent. Cleanliness was exceptional. This is a great hotel for your family and pet. Rooms: Was nice and clean at all times Safety: Before renter building you have to have a key Walkability: Again nearby places Food & drinks: Nearby places to eat, and hotel accommodates late night snacks with vending machine and coffee Noteworthy details: Pet friendly was a score for me

Absolutely disgusting, checked in, cost me another $99 at the check-in already paid $314, I was there for a funeral, walked outside, and a homeless woman that was in the lobby, came out to my car and asked me for money, no water in the pool, homeless guy, outside the door of the side of the building, charging his phone, garbage and cigarette butts everywhere next to him, blood on the sheets, neighbors, fault for two nights, no fruit, no orange juice, Ive called to speak to the manager three times and he has never returned my call . I also took photos, and there was a metal prong, sticking out of the light socket and the bathroom where I tried to plug in my curling iron. Never ever will I stay at another one of these hotels. Vince, the manager does not respond.

Worst hotel experience no hot water. No internet. TV remote works every 7 mins so have to wait to change channel or volume. Someone who wasn't my guest walked into my room without knocking. My wife was in bed and I was in bathroom and both got surprised by someone not intended to be there. Pictures online and in person nowhere near the same rooms are falling apart. Mold on the walls. Faucets rusted. Not enough electric outlets and too many light switches. Would never stay there again. Still waiting on someone to get back to me about a refund or credit or something 2 weeks later. Breakfast was the worst ever eggs dry and no flavor and hash browns rubbery and no meat (bacon or sausage) manager only gave excuses not solutions. Absolutely most disgusting hotel I have stayed in they need to demolish this hotel and start over too many problems. Pool was empty and not usable and no one said anything I saw that for myself.
