I just wanted to say I have never been in such a great apartment community Miss Shantel and her staff are amazing, they are great at communication, get things done on time or even faster!! and really care about their residents. And THANK GOD we got new maintenance men!! The others were trash ; the new maintenance men are wonderful and due such a great job getting things done! This team literally get things done! they are awesome! THANK YOU GUYS

I would recommend Crescent Lane to friends and family - property management and maintenance staff are very professional, if you have any issues inside your unit it gets taken care of quickly, its also a safe complex with polite and courteous neighbors. You will not be disappointed.

I have been a resident at this complex since 2014. Since being here there have been three different management companies....they were all the same....UNTIL THIS ONE. The office staff now...and specifically the newest property manager, Shantel, are AWESOME !! I am a veteran in a VA supported housing program. When the VA refused to move me to a different, upgraded apartment, the property manager had maintenance resurface bathtub, paint entire apartment, install all new doors, install new stove etc. etc... she could have just said, "no." Maintenance work orders are requested through property app & the two maintenance workers complete maintenance requests in a very timely, professional, manner...with no attitude. Residents here OFTEN comment on how hard they work. Apartments here are at different price points according to upgrades & the company owns 9 properties that are also at different price points. I was told that they are going to start upgrading some units to "SMART" apartments. Pool area...TOTALLY REMODELED...New brick surface surrounds pool...they installed gas grills...decided they were not good enough and installed high-end gas grills...THEY PAINTED ENTIRE COMPLEX....As soon as someone moves out of unit...ENTIRE UNIT GETS UPGRADED...Including elaborate LED lighting in kitchen, new stoves, new cabinets, new tile, new doors...on and on...THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY ALSO OWNS THE PROPERTY...which makes all the difference.... (very dog friendly) Criminal behavior here...unlike when first moved here IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.....THIS IS A SAFE COMPLEX...most of the time I leave my door unlocked unless I'm leaving complex...Bottom Line is that, for the price point, I don't know of any better deals in this area. I have friends in apartments all over gateway area & if you can pay 1,600 a month you can get a nicer place...BUT FOR THE PRICE RANGE...if your priority is a clean, well managed, constantly upgraded, apartment....I don't see a better deal. I have only written maybe three google reviews in 15 years. I felt like it was only right that I give them the credit they work for.
