        Loved living here! its a great location and the property was nice (quiet as well). The landlord (Nicolas) had been truly phenomenal, he cares about the residents and handles issues quickly. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

        The owner of the Caprice Apartments is phenomenal! Everything is meticulously maintained and issues are corrected as soon as they arise. The location is great too - I highly recommend for anyone looking to live in downtown St Pete.
