I am a previous and now returned resident of St. Charles. Id like to state that the regrouped staff have changed the living environment here and continue to daily. Jay the leasing manager is amazing and supportive without judgment, takes action with resolving issues or concerns with ease. Walking in the office feels welcoming nowadays. Maintenance has improved as well, the seasoned staff Charlie & Tim are always the best when addressing a service order, walking in the apartment greeting my fur babies as family as theyve known them awhile now. I am grateful for this 2nd return at a new beginning and look ahead to the future with these beautiful humans that work here.

Been here for a while n I love it. The people that work here are nice n professional. The people that live here are mostly cool a lot of people keep to themselves but sometimes people have get together at the fire pits. J in the office is very great because he listens n helps make sure things get done. Tim is cool too and hes been working here for a long time and I think hes the main maintenance guy. Jo Jo is really good to. For like a year this place has really gotten even better. I dont I want to do at least another year here but probably more.
