I was super pleased to find a beautifully renovated (and affordable) 1 bedroom in St Pete with a washer/dryer in unit for the price point. Eric the property manager was communicative, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process of lease signing. I was a little apprehensive to put down a deposit and sign a lease for my unit sight unseen since it was occupied and then being renovated but I LOVE this apartment. When I saw it for the first time (on move in day), it was freshly painted, clean, and updated! The size/floor plan is great for the price, neighbors are quiet, maintenance is friendly and timely. There arent a ton of amenities (just doggie stations and shared grill) but theres adequate parking, the neighborhood is safe to walk my dog at all hours and the location is only 15-20 min to anything in St Pete including downtown. The only downside is 34th Ave is noisy and there is a fire station and hospital nearby so theres sirens every so often but when my windows are closed its not bad.

I would just like to express my thanks to this property. Our move in process was absolutely SEAMLESS. Mr. Eric Del Greco is our property manager and he has walked us right into this apartment! He is obviously good at what he does, and we wanted something right away. Everything with the apartment is great, clean and accommodating. Although its immediately off of 66th street, ( quite a busy thoroughfare) its quite and quaint. We thank you so much for everything !!!

Eric we want our 350.00 deposit back, you said there was an available unit, and told us to do the application and pay the fees. You called us and said you did not know the apartment was rented! How you the Manager! You promised us a refund in 48 hours. Now you are saying you have to wait to see if it rents or not. What other excuses is there to keep our money.

"Pricing shown is believed to be accurate, however due to technology limitations, etc., it is possible that the information presented may be inaccurate. Please contact our leasing office for up to the minute pricing and availability." What kind of excuse is technology limitations? Type the price you are charging, it shows on the website. How dumb do you think people are? lol 800 sq ft for $1300+....what?

Had been looking for a place in Saint Petersburg that had openings. Eric Del Greco got in touch with me quickly, removed the listing while running my information and got the process completed quickly. I was moving in the next week! He is working very hard to get the place into shape and has checked in on me and how my experience is going. That is appreciated. Apartments are spacious compared to many around the area and pricing is fair in this area.
