Vantage St. Pete

Im moving from another complex in St. Pete & Andres was super helpful during the tour and finding the floor plan that worked best for me. I had a couple questions about the lease while I was signing and he didnt hesitate to jump on a call to discuss it with me over the phone. I cant wait to move in soon!

Andres was super awesome and helpful when we toured vantage! Its such a beautiful building and he made sure to show us every aspect of that. He was able to answer all of our questions and expedite our application process so that things were easy! We cant wait to move in!

I am a newly signed resident here and my experience so far has been fantastic. We looked all over St. Petersburg and Vantage checked every box for us. We love the floor-plans, the clean modern aesthetic, all the amenities, etc, etc. Andres made the introduction, tour and sign-on process absolutely flawless for us! He was a great help, answered all of our questions and, honestly, sealed the deal for us to select Vantage. We look forward to moving in!

I just signed a lease with Andres and I'm SO EXCITED to be their newest resident! Vantage provides everything I've been looking for. The modern aesthetic is gorgeous and the building's layout flows really well. Their resident amenities are stellar...that top floor pool is magic! Everything combined to be the perfect spot, but it was Andres that sealed the deal. He went above and beyond to secure the floorplan I wanted, ensuring I'm going to truly love living here. My move in date can't come fast enough!
