DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!!. These new owners are scams they change your rent price whenever they want on nobody here pays the same rent price they name the price for anybody. This place is ridiculous ppl in this neighborhood go through yours and they dont check the camera for you or use them at all these ppl do not care about anything but them selves they dont even care about how this place looks its disgusting looking trash every where always cops here Al the time. For 1875 this place is horrible set up a tent somewhere youll be more comfortable

The apartments were much better with the old landlords. I was staying there from late 2019-2022 and everything was good. Eventually and sadly we had to leave because the place was bought by new owners. They kicked everyone on section 8 out and we had to find a place asap. They forced everyone out that was on it. Me n my family loved staying there the units are nice inside regardless of how the outside looks and the location. Especially with the rent it was a fair price and the utilities were included. We really miss that place but thanks to the new owners we had to leave. which is really ironic because the apartments are in the south of St.Pete almost everyone is on section 8 there. Guess their karma is getting to them because now they have people not on that program and are expecting more of the place and they dont get that. Now they have higher kept people instead of people that will except the places they are willing to get. All they have now is bad reviews bc theyre giving these units to people that arent really meant for it. Ive read other peoples reviews too and theyre all about the new owners. Its sad. No one likes them lmao!

I lived there from 2016 until 2021 , I went there two different owners an they were very good to the tenants, the new owners who have it now sence 2021 are the worst , you couldn't never get in touch with anyone in the office, my apartment had mold in the wall in my bedroom and I'm an asthmatic, they refused to do anything about it, raised the rent unreasonable High even for tenants who were living there for years, people who were on section 8 they kicked out with only a month notice, I myself was paying cash rent for years an raised mine $300 dollars more then I was paying or leave at the end of my lease, a increase from , $980 to 1,175 , witch by Florida law was above a legal increase for exciting tenants , each unit had a storage unit, the new owners removed them then started to charge for storage units each tenants already had , they only painted they outside an never upgraded any unit unless someone moved old appliances window units most apartments didn't have any heat , I recommend no one ever get a apartment there the new owners are way past crooker then the letter S !!!!
