        I have lived here five months now and have had a wonderful experience with the attentiveness and responsiveness of the staff in dealing with the routine and abnormal problems that arise. My maintenance requests have all been handled within one business day, to my satisfaction. The common areas are tended, with any issues with the subcontracted work addressed. People are people, so the few and infrequent problems of fellow residents have been handled professionally and attentively. I quite enjoy this quiet, clean, safe complex.

        Great place to live. It's very quiet and well managed. When you have an issue maintenance is quick to respond. Brenda in the office is great and Carlos in maintenance is very polite and knowledgeable.

        Beautiful location! Right by Smacks Bayou with a walkway right by the water. There are dolphins and manatees, it's amazing. I truly love living here. Only a quick drive to shopping and restaurants on 4th Street.
