i love waterview! I felt so comfortable in my home, the staff is so friendly- from Rick and Lyndi to Stephen everyone takes good care of us as residents. I would highly recommend!

This is such an amazing place! I love the fact that it is built out of concrete, you cannot hear anything through the walls! I got the privilege of touring the place twice, once with Rick and the other time with Lyndi. They are both absolutely amazing. You can tell how genuine they both are as soon as you meet them and consistently throughout the tour. It seems like such a friendly environment here.... And not to mention, super clean!

Living at Waterview Echelon has been an absolute delight. Lindy and Rick (the management team) have made me feel like part of the family! The pool area is one of my favorite spots; it's not just a place to swim but a great area for socializing, with its stunning view and infinity pool. Adding TVs by the pool is something that we are all excited about as well! I also love the walking trails, where I often spot Florida wildlife, adding a touch of nature to my daily routine. The secured floors and main lobby make me feel safe, and parking is always a breeze. Having Publix nearby is incredibly convenient, too! The community room and gym are top-notch, and the residents, mostly single professionals and couples, are friendly and welcoming. I take pride in living here and love having friends and family visit. Waterview Echelon is more than just a place to live; it's a community I'm proud to be a part of
