Decent folks but misleading sales tactics. Advertised on Craig's list as a individual selling phone - not true. I should not have bought phone. They said phone worked great - turns out headphone jack didn't work when I got it home. They never tested it themselves - obviously not a good working phone. When I called to discuss resolution they offered to fix it for a fee. I understand once you buy it it's your problem. Their lack of customer empathy and misleading sales tactics is my reason for the 1 star. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Really good experience
Toook an iphone 6 for repair and it was done quickly and it came out in better condition than before. Prices are reasonable and the people working there know what they're doing.
Relly happy coming back for sure.
