Hi! I wanted to take a second and share some positive feedback for Matt and Keyon at this location. Yesterday was a nightmare for me and they SAVED me. I am a Verizon customer and I have the Iphone 15. I'm also a tourist and was meeting a friend last night for dinner at 5:30. At 4:30, my Iphone died and I didn't bring a charger with me for my beach day. I went to 2 different stores and bought chargers and NEITHER of them worked. By 6:30, I was a hour late and was panicked. I'm staying 2 hours away from St Pete and was very anxious about how I would get home along with missing my dinner plans. I drove around for awhile and finally found both the Verizon store and this location. I ran into the AT&T store and Matt and Keyon probably thought I was a crazy person. I had seashells in my hair and was panicked. I explained the situation and Keyon quickly was able to hook up my phone and get it to charge. After letting me stand there and charge my phone enough to get it to 15%, Matt shared that the chargers were on sale and I was able to buy one and they even let me test it out to make sure it worked. THEY SAVED ME! I was able to meet my friend who I never get to see and GET back to my hotel. Thank you Matt and Keyon! I really appreciated your hospitality and your willingness to help me. I was there on a Sunday Oct 10 I had my phone cord did not charge so the guy don't know his name test it and said I need a new cord so got one and it work. I ask how much will be for the Cord ? I have cell phone pixel 7 he said 30 dollars I told him I might get one less some where so as I was walking out he gave me the one he test and said I can have it .that was nice if him and my charger works good. I thank him for his nice Help

Excellent store with great selection of devices and accessories. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Went there to try and cut our cell phone bill. The Customer Rep. onsite really spent at least 30 mins. looking at alternative plans for us. He was able to cut our cell phone bill by 50%!! He did a fantastic job!
