        This hotel has adjoining rooms available but they won't allow you to book them in advance? I was told I have to book two rooms and then hope I won the lottery and the adjoining rooms happen to be available on the day of arrival.

        I was very surprised, although other Comfort Inn are losing quality, this one still good

        Good location for visit to the Dali Museum & other St. Petersburg locations. High marks for customer service! We received a call from the front desk on the day of our arrival. Our room had been used by guests who had a cat & they couldn't get the smell out of the room so we were offerred an upgraded room in it's place. (My husband is alergic to cats, so we were happy to accept the change.) Check in went smoothly, the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the hallway was quiet. We had an excellent dinner recommendation from the front desk. (4th Street Shrimp Store) The included breakfast had a very good waffle batter. (So often the better creates waffles that are like bricks - this one was fluffy & light.) We can recommend this location to anyone looking for a good spot as a headquarters for a few days in St. Petersburg, FL.

      Hello Elijah. Thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us. I am sorry if you had an issue with your reservation. You are correct in that we do have a limited set of adjoining rooms. We do everything we can to honor special requests, but cannot guarantee them. When you make a reservation for a room or rooms, you are guaranteed the specific room type you selected, not the specific room location. This is because there may an unforeseen circumstance beyond our control. Such as the current guest already in the room may decide to extend, or a maintenance issue that cannot be resolved right away.
