I really enjoyed going to this place as I had some problems with two trimmers that we had been given by a family friend, I explained that the trimmers set for quite some time and I had never used them and wanted to make sure things were going to work right. Mike answered the phone and told me to bring them both in and was very informative and friendly, also their repair rates are reasonable and I will wait for them to give me a call concerning dropping off both machines for repairs and service, they also appear to sell high quality lawn equipment and offer many other services also!! Definitely a local business that you would love to handle any of your needs when it comes to lawn equipment and also service and sales!

Strange man.
I took an echo blower into them to have it tuned up as it wasn't starting. After about a week, they texted me saying the blower wasn't worth fixing; it needed a new ignition coil. But because I bought it at Home Depot, the ownership information wasn't known to Echo...My bad, I failed to send in the warranty card. He said the new part from Echo would be about $60. So when I paid him the $16.05 to diagnose the problem and asked for my blower back, he gave me this puzzled look like he was surprised I wanted it back. Apparently he expected me to just leave it for him to "dispose" of for me. So I checked on-line at Amazon and can buy the part that I need, from many different manufacturers for about $12 and just fix it myself. I told him this and he was all like: "Those are garbage parts from China and won't last!" Almost like it was a threat to him that I didn't want to just give him my old blower. The whole experience just gave me a "he's trying to scam you" vibe so I paid him his $16 and left with my blower. So I get it, a lot of people right now hate China and everything Chinese. They hate Amazon for selling Chinese products, but I can actually order an Echo part for about $45. And where does he get off to decide for me that my property isn't worth fixing?!?!?
