    DO NOT STAY HERE. HORRIBLE PLACE. Go 30 seconds up the road and spend the same for The Best Western! WE DID. Arrived at the inn super early in AM due to a flight delay. My family and I were on 24 hrs of little to no sleep. We got to our room to notice that the room smelled of mold and there were bugs on the wall (roaches) We made the mistake right there by not just leaving! We fell asleep and then got our room changed the next day. This room was no better. Smelt a little better but still had mold smell. Came in one night to more Bugs! I was told "well its florida" Complained again and got a 3rd room. Before this I made sure i saw the room first to verify. It was OK. Went back to our room and packed up and started the move AGAIN. We moved our stuff and kids to this room and I don't know if they sprayed after we looked at it but the room had a strong scent of a spray (maybe for bugs?) We were DONE It was midnight and kids were tired. We slept and woke up and had our day then went back and told them we were leaving, and the reasons why. I was told that there's nothing they can do Until the GM Rose came in the next day. Ok Here is my info Please have her call me ASAP. We end up going to the Best western down the road. The next day I waited till around 3 before I called. Rose Got my message and she never called she refunded me for the last night which would be 1 night even though I left the day before that but because it was after check out she charged me. I was in shock. 3 different rooms and pictures of bugs and your going to charge me full stay? I understand I didn't get a Marriott But there needs to be a standard here regardless. Do not stay at the quality inn. They have a bunch of issue's and they don't care about customer service. I wasn't expecting a complete refund, but give me a break!

    ROOMS R VERY NASTY BLOOD ON SHEETS AND MATTRESS THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND CLEAN THE RIGHT WAY DO NOT STAY THERE THIS PLACE CAN MAKE U SICK MAKE SURE U LOOK OVER YOUR ROOM WHEN U ENTER VERY SAD

    Front desk was fast, service was excellent! Rosemary & Tina were friendly and well informed about the area. Debbie and Patrick were very accommodating with the beautiful pool amenities. Lush landscaping surrounded the property making it appealing to be poolside. We had a pet friendly room that was convenient to the pet friendly area outside. Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Towels and linens were brand new. Toiletries were provided and very nice. Had a wonderful stay! Will definitely be back!
