I stayed here because an agency booked the room for me while I transitioned during a move. I was told that it had been a pretty sketchy scene in the past but that they had since stopped booking rooms for certain services like emergency shelter, which eradicated many of those issues. I was skeptical upon hearing that but I only saw 2-3 people max anytime I went outside. It was quiet and uneventful, and I didnt get the trap house vibes I was expecting. I didnt see any evidence that housekeeping actually visited on the days listed, but initially the room was very cleanextremely outdated but clean. Except the stained and worn couch. If replacing the couches is too great an expense Id recommend covers that can be purchased fairly cheap but would make a huge difference. Its not a place Id ever stay by choice, but decent enough to be grateful for being provided in a time of need. Gave 3 stars instead of 2 because of the huge jacuzzi type bathtub in the room.

DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS LOCATION!!!!!!. If i could rate lower then a 0 I would!!. I honestly don't know how this place is even operational... First off we were given the keys to someone else's room which apparently they were "living in". The linen smelled awful, there was a big trash bag in the corner with trash or dirty linen, the beds were not made, someones dirty razor was left in the bath tub, there were cigarettes and ashes all over the desk, the kitchen was NASTY. Once we were given a new room after reporting this to staff the new room smelled like disgusting old cigarettes, the door handle literally BROKE OFF. Every surface was filthy. The pictures shown are completely FALSE those rooms look NOTHING like the actual room. We left disgusted and will update as to whether we received a refund for our three night reservation and $100 deposit! So many cleaner and nicer places down the road. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! We have traveled all over the country and this is truly the worst hotel we have seen. Rooms: 0/10 The rooms have an awful old cigarette smell, they are super dirty. Every surface was filthy. Safety: 0/10 in regards to safety. So many sketchy people hanging around and peeking into windows, not to mention the door handle was broken off AND we were given the key to a room someone was "living in"
