The place was nice and clean. Quick stay, parking lot packed. Car got dinged but such is life!!

Our room was amazing. 2 bedroom suite on the third floor and it was extremely clean, beds were comfortable and you have a little living room and kitchen for any needs you have. Be aware, you are right across from the hospital, so sirens are OFTEN... but I had a box fan with me and once I turned it on, I didn't hear anything else all night. The rooms are really good and soundproof to each other, I was never aware of the other person with me moving around, talking on her phone and even when she took a shower, which the shower was right against my bedroom. 10/10 would stay here again. My ONLY downside was the right bedroom door in room 332B doesn't latch shut. Slight maintenance issue easily fixed.

I travel for work a lot and stay in many hotels every year. I have seen it all, and for the cost of my stay here I was totally shocked by what an absolute hole this place is. The first room they put me in had a leak and the carpet was saturated and springy like forest moss after a heavy summer rain. I was moved to a second room which was super dirty in places the staff clearly doesn't think about much. The glass shower doors had months of soap scum and hard water stains build up on them, and likely mold on the ceiling and floor (sure looked like it). The fixture around the bathroom light was so dirty I could draw on it with my finger (bonus points for the dead roach half in/half out from behind it). There were someone elses food crumbs in the fridge and stuck on food splatters on the outside of the microwave. And there wass DEFFINITELY mold in the bedside dresser drawers. There was what looked like a fecal stain on my blanket and what looked like an uncleaned dog urine stain on the wall by my bed. I didn't even want to unpack. To their credit, the clerks at the desk remained composed and professional. But if the only solution is to keep moving people to open rooms, why not only book the ones in an acceptable state? Or is it as I expect from the unspoken words behind the apologies, that they know where they work is a dump? Don't stay here. And if you make bookings for employees don't book them here. Most motels are better and cheaper.
