        If your room faces the street, DON'T stay here. The windows and soundproofing are inadequate, cheap, and provide zero soundproofing. Apparently, there are lots of loud cars driving around Tally at odd hours. Also, they charge you $30 to park your vehicle!! Totally unexpected. Rooms are typical for the type of hotel. The bed was okay, and the shower had light water flow. The common areas are nice. The location is good and very walkable.

        Hotels isnt kept to part. Dirty and needs to be renovated. Rooms: Old and nasty. Dirty Nearby activities: Nothing Safety: You have to use key to get in hotel at night. Do must be pretty bad Food & drinks: Food places near by Noteworthy details: Dont remind me of a Marriott more like a hourly hotel

        The location was perfect for what I had planned this weekend. The concierge were helpful and even gave me places to visit. The room was exactly what I needed, spacious and homey. However, I had encounters with two roaches. One racing towards my toothbrush, and another eyeing my breakfast. Doused my enthusiasm just a tad. I understand florida is under siege, but if I can win that battle in my house with my budget, Residence can afford to spray more frequently.
