Laurie Shaun Medical Office

Dr.Laurie nurse whom I spoke with on the phone was very rude, very unprofessional and have poor communication skills , she has a negative demeanor , interrupt when talking don't reposed to calls or faxing but acknowledged she seen it and poor customer services as a nurse I would never talk to pt or pt families as described above if you don't like your job or working one should go home

Dr. Laurie and Dr. Ward are both amazing physicians. I chose Dr. Laurie as my physician because he's my grandmother's physician and he treats her well and even though I am a young person, I have some health issues typically found in older adults. I never have a problem with any of the staff, they know us and treat us with kindness and respect. Dr. Laurie is thorough and patient and if you are hospitalized he will come and care for you there. I love my doctor and his staff.

My husband and I have been patient of Dr. Laurie for many years. He is very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and takes his time with you. In the past there were some issues with the office staff. The last couple of years they've been great and very efficient it's easy to get an appointment, no problems with referralsI would definitely recommend dr. Laurie if someone's looking for a new doctor

I once thought Shaun Laurie was a good doctor but mu opinion has completely changed. I think he is stretched thin and the quality of his care has gone down tremendously. My mother is his patient and I accompanied her to her last visit and needless to say I was under whelmed and unimpressed with the total process. The wait time was ridiculous. I admit we were 15 minutes late but it didn't matter we still waited another hour and I had to ask were he was to get the ball rolling. Prome example how once a good doctor can go wrong. Im 0saddened by that.
