This facility has room for a ton of improvement. Proximity of the location to the hospital is convenient yet the facility itself is extremely counter productive to the people it is there to serve. To start, the parking lot is poorly designed and difficult for people with any sort of disability. The inside is outdated, poorly designed and not the best for navigating. Any stars given are simply for the location address and the therapists who carry this place. They are very friendly and you can tell experienced but are struggling with poor equipment and facilities and could better serve clients with the right resources. The biggest struggle we have encountered here however is the mismanagement of the office staff and day to day functions. High turnover in multiple positions, including management. Scheduling without patient notification, confirming appointments only to show up and have double bookings or none at all. please do better - this is a real shame to our community

Building is a bit old and communication between TMH and the Rehab place could use work but the people there are nice and the physical therapists are really good at what they do, both with physical therapy and occupational therapy, and thats what really matters when recovering from traumatic injuries
