We hired Teresa Bowling to sell our property when we decided to replace our then real estate agent/property manager after we realized that he was not just ineffectual, but more importantly, an unethical realtor. Teresa was recommended to us by a very competent and accomplished realtor who help us purchase our home in Georgia when we relocated from Florida to run a business. We can't thank Teresa enough for everything she has done for us since she took over our property as our new realtor and property manager! Not only did she sell our home in a few months after we hire her, (our former realtor was not able sell this beautiful condo for almost two years), but she also had to deal with the terrible mess he left by mismanaging our property. On top of that, Teresa had to handle an extremely stressful situation during the actual closing sale on our condo, which she carried out very competently and efficiently! During the closing sale and signing the documents to transfer ownership of our property to a new buyer, Teresa made a stunning discovery revealing that the deed for the garage (which was a part of the property purchased along with the condo in 2015 by the realtor we just fired), was never transferred to us then and it still legally belonged to the previous owner! Imaging this extraordinary situation! We were very fortunate that Teresa was able to locate the previous owner who agreed to sign the necessary documents and to transfer the deed for the garage to us, so we could complete the sale our property. We are forever grateful to Teresa for her exceptional competence, efficiency, compassion, and hard work during these very challenging few months before she quickly and successfully sold our home.
