        Pie was absolutely amazing and has a beautiful spirit. She was helpful and listened to the manager as he guided us through my options and plans on upgrades. It took a few hours but they were patient and understanding. I appreciate them and pray that Pie gets a raise and recognition that she deserves! Pie In The Skii! Adriene (Trucker Wife) Lol!

        Joey had thee nastiest predisposition Ive ever encountered, & how hes managed to maintain working there for 5 years (as he needlessly reiterated) is beyond me. I couldnt even get my request met at this Tmobile location because he was just that rude, arrogant, & dismissive. And for what? I still dont know. He needs to be let go. Cant recommend this location to anyone. I suggest Cumberland Mall or even Howell Mill location, as they seem to get the job done with no problem, every time.
