UPDATE 10/26/22
I called customer service AGAIN this morning and to my surprise there was no wait! The young lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful and walked me through the steps I needed to take to receive my credit for the activation fees. I also went back to the store this morning, and even through the manager I needed to speak with was not there, the employees were very courteous and helpful. I did speak with the manager later today and now Im just waiting for him to notate on my account and eventually for my account to be credited for the activation fees, as promised. Im cautiously optimistic but grateful to make some progress with this situation.
I wish Id stayed at Verizon. Its been one thing after another since I switched to T-Mobile. I brought over 9 lines from Verizon to T-mobile plus added a line, paying $350 in activation fees. I was told they would be credited to my account. That was two months ago and still no credit. Every time I call Customer service I have to wait on hold forrrevvverrrr.
Finally, I got through today only to be told there is no note on my account about a credit and I will have to go back to the store to have them credit me. Now, Im literally sitting in the parking lot at the store after the manager told me he has not submitted the credit and but he will today and now I have to wait 1-2 MORE billing cycles to see the credit. And on top of that, this T-mobile location will be permanently closing in one week. So if I dont get this resolved in the next 7 days I dont even know who to go to.
This has been a s#%t show and just goes to show you get what you pay for. Yes, Verizon is more expensive than T-mobile, but now Id gladly pay the extra money for better customer service and less headache!

Today I walked in looking to enhance my apple life, as a new iPhone user. Crystal was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product she took time to ensure setup went well. Overall the staff on shift all were pleasant Im new to Georgia and this was one of the best customer service experience Ive had in a while.

Worst place ever. Lied to me to get me to switch over. Listen to the reviews and do not go here. Straight up lied to me and now are telling me oh we cannot do anything for you and you will have to pay the extra money every month. Stick to Verizon, they have better service and better customer care. T mobile is a straight up liar and will lie to you face to get extra money and then say oh were sorry we cannot do anything you signed it.
