Bought my kid some panda dunks and they sold me two left shoes two different sizes and now Im trynna get the RIGHT shoe literally and figuratively and they cant find it and the lady that is the manager I assume brought me a different right shoe.. different tongue and different sole .. we eventually ended up with a refund for the difference and the shoe my daughter wanted in the kids size.. will definitely not be back to this location

Today, November 26, 2023, i went to cumberland mall location anticipating the store was open at Noon (12:00). I arrived at Noon and waited ten minutes, and the store did not open. I tapped the window and made gesture to manager, "What time will the store open?"..He responded, he don't know. These businesses are struggling with the level of workers they have to say yes too. I'm feel bad for these businesses who hire individuals that don't respect their business but want to get paid. SO SADD!!! I kindly visited, "Footlocker" who was open and had the shoe i was looking to purchase.
