Precious was an example of A+ customer service! I'm a stickler about customer service and I'm so disappointed at the level of customer service that has been set the standard! Precious was a breath of fresh air!

Maiya!!!! Maiya!!! I want to say "Thank you so much!" I ordered some Dr. Martens and every store kept messing up my order. She apologized for the mistakes. I needed a 10 in women. For those shoes a 10 in women is a 9 in men. The warehouse kept pulling wrong sizes. 1st order they sent a 8 in men. Took it back they reordered. They sent a 10 in men. Took it back they reordered. They sent a 11 in women. MAIYA GOT IT RIGHT!!! I got the boots today and they are correct. I thank you so much!!!!

On 7/29/22 I purchased some shoes from this location and the young lady asked me did I want a email receipt or a printed receipt and I told her a email receipt however I never received my emailed receipt, I called the store and the manager told me to just come in and get a printed copy. On 7/30/22 I came back into the store with out the receipt because I never received it through my me email to exchange the shoes for something else. The lady that was working in the store on Saturday morning didnt know how to do an exchange and her manager didnt answer the phone for her and she was getting mad at me however I was waiting patiently while she continued to help other customers and also while she continued to reach out for some help with the exchange she was never apologetic to me because I had to wait for manager or someone to answer the phone for her but she did apologize to the customer that was behind me and I was the one who was waiting for a long time for about 45mins or longer for her to get help with the exchange and she got rude with me about signing a exchange receipt.
