Its a cool location. but be careful with what you buy return policies aren't as forward as they'd like you to believe. after review shoes can be accepted or denied at stores discretion no matter what their policy says or even if the shoes are in new condition. the one i dealt with didnt even review the shoes didnt even glance at them. went online got accepted for a return only to be told its at stores discretion still, so be careful and make sure you try on the shoes for as long as you need too in store.

EveryTIME I come to this location which happens to be often because I live in Atlantic station its never open on time! The girl always shows up 40 mins late and decides to get the store together AFTER being late already! It sucks Im literally standing outside of the store along with others watching her get the store together !!!

Terrible experience. Would never shop at this journeys. If I could give this store a negative rating I would. Customer service is absolute trash.

I called ahead to let the store know I was going to be buying shoes. I got there; an employee locked the door in my face at 7 pm, an hour earlier than the listed closing time. Then, he blatantly ignored me. He left the store ignoring me after I tried politely tried to get his attention to go get his girlfriend. Terrible service.

At least make an excuse for closing thirty minutes early, rather than ignoring the front doors when customers rightfully expect a retail business to be open during posted business hours.
