About a month ago my fianc and I came looking for a new complex to move to and came across these beautiful apartments. We ended up going on a tour to view a beautiful 2 bed & 2 bath apartment with a patio.The next day we filled out our applications and paid the necessary fees using my debit card. A few days later I received an email saying that our applications had been canceled and nearly 2 weeks later we received a check in our names through the mail. We went to deposit it in my bank the next day and attempted several times and kept spitting the check out and we went to his bank next. After 1 attempt, his bank took his bank card from him because they said the check was fraud. So the next day we go to the bank where the check was written out to and they said that there was no money in that account and that the account was closed. We've been going back and forth with these people for the last 2 weeks and nobody has helped to try to get us our money back. So never again!

This by far the worst apartment complex to stay at. For starters, our cars got broken into and reached out to the rent office and they did nothing about it We asked for camera footage and we still yet heard from them i guess they still looking for it months later. Secondly, we stayed in 1100 building and had the weirdest neighbor who just stares at you , wait until he hear u open door to go outside and he come out. And just all around weird if you move here please dont go for the 110 building specifically apartment 1124 is the weird neighbor. They offered us to move buildings to put us at an inconvenience due to the property issues.. absolutely not ..

I enjoy my experience here overall! Great office and maintenance team and I love the amenities. They host really cool events as well! I will say the walls are the thinnest Ive experienced in an apartment, and unfortunately due to my apartment being located next to a plumbing stack (so I was told) I hear obnoxiously loud water noises in the wall throughout the day. This is pretty ignorable until youre trying to sleep. I couldnt find anything better priced with all the GREAT things this complex has to offer (gym, pool, internet, washer and dryer, etc.), so I opted for noise canceling headphones when it gets unbearable. :)
