My stay here was good. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Unbeatable prices when during the Masters tournament.

Moved here in January. We're missing over 50 pieces of mail from the beginning. I get mail previews so I know what's coming. 50 pieces is too much to ignore. It's been happening since before the delay in Atlanta was announced. Every post office has told us it's not on them. The hotel asks us not to ask them about our mail until late in the day. They've left us vm to not ask them. Posted signs to not ask them. Where's my mail then?? We're getting our junk mail for sure, but none of our legal and personal mail. How convenient for them. I can't wait to leave this place. We've also had 2 surprise visits. One for a sticker on the back of the door and another to check my fire extinguisher. Whose idea was it to come in my room for a sticker? Both unannounced and unprofessional. I dont appreciate that when im there with my disabled son and his therapy dog. I get 2 seconds before they barge in. The maintenance on the washing machines doesn't exist. I was told to just go to another floor. How does that help anyone? We have 3 adults in one room. My sons bed is ignored most weeks. I dont think the floor is ever vacuumed. I never seen the vacuum with the cleaning staff. And most importantly, its not stocked for 3 guests. Constantly have to beg for more TP. Front desk had told us to use kleenex. Don't get me started on the weeks and weeks elevator 4 was down. Between 5-8am I was stuck in a sea of humans on both sides of the building, just trying to get our service animal outside. And you know you treat guests like a joke when you give weekly messages that say "attention walmart shoppers" and its veterans you address. The stress this place is causing my family is immense. If you plan to temp pcs here with your service member, and stay here, I urge you to reconsider.
