The Pointe at Lenox Park

This place is nothing but wonderful. Everything is clean and taken care of- props to the maintenance team. Also, the management team is super friendly and helpful. Brooke, Selma, and Chris make you feel right at home and are always so helpful. I highly recommend to all 😁

Pointe has been a great place to live. Their leasing office is helpful and responsive, and they’re always there during the posted hours. Maintenance are responsive, and even when they weren’t for an issue, I was able to talk to leasing about the problem, and get it fully resolved. (They also apologized for the mix-up.) When we did the tour, the agent was honest about the gestures of the apartment, and clear with what we should expect. When we moved in, everything was clean. (The apartment also exceeded expectations- we had cabinet under lighting and a fireplace in addition to what we expected.) The neighborhood is quiet, and everyone using the gym and pool is respectful and nice. The rent is good for what you get, and this area. It’s not mega high, but it’s appropriate for the level of service you get here. Finding a complex that’s reasonable, safe, and quiet can be really hard. We intend to settle in here for as long as Pointe remains that hospitable & affordable. :)

During MoveIn (July 2021) : Rating 5 stars ------------------------- Management was very friendly. We loved the apartment and the location. Everything went smooth and we felt at home soon. I even extended my lease for an additional month. Chris was very friendly and helpful. We had a water leak during after hours in the apartment and the emergency maintenance team attended promptly. After a Month (August 2021) : Rating 2 stars ---------------------------------------------- I am writing this review, in the middle of the night. We hardly had any noise from the neighbors upstairs for a month, it was quite and blissful. One fine morning when the new neighbors moved in, the pain started. Unfortunately, we could hear every step they take and everything they do. I had to spend a streak of sleepless nights. I am not sure if its because of the thin ceilings (most likely) or because of heavy stompings or because of both. My ceiling fan shakes during these times. But nothing is more important than a good sleep. This is already affecting my work during the day. I hope this improves.

Is a safe, well located and affordable place to live. Units are renovated and my unit (on 3rd floor) has an amazing view. Admin office and maintenance staff are really nice. I would recommend this place to anyone.
