Dresden Forest Apartments

For the location and price, this place was a great option. Noise levels weren’t bad for an apartment. We did not experience any security issues/concerns during our time there. The walkability to downtown Brookhaven’s restaurants and Marta is awesome. The pool is so big and usually very quiet. All in all, enjoyed our time here.

I love living here! How much do I love it??? I just renewed my lease for year #6. The property is well maintained, peaceful, and safe. The property manager, Ms. Chantal, is a professional delight!! She is always available, responds to requests ASAP, and shows a great deal of effort & pride in making sure we have a wonderful community. Occasionally, on my way to check my mail, I will pop my head in the office to say "Hi" and she always takes a few minutes out her hectic day to chat & ask me if I need anything. The location is great and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, weekly local farmers market, Marta station, fire station, and a Waffle House!!

I currently reside in this complex. The apartment is located close to most of the areas I visit-especially close to where I work. I have learned to pay my rent on time and stay in my lane. For the most part I have good neighbors. My concern is the lack of communication. I recently posted here about the lack of communication. Well, that goes both ways. I was not communicating with Ms. Chantal as I should have. Communication goes both ways. She and I had a great conversation and we are now on the same page, again. I truly like this place and I feel safe and comfortable here. My plans are to be here for a while. I would like to thank Ms. Chantal for the way that she handled my concerns and her ability to reason and make things right. Thank you, Ms Chantal for all you do.
