        I placed an order online for pickup, when I came into the store there was about 15 people standing in line to pick out and size jewellery. Id told one lady I had a pickup order and was wondering if I needed to wait in line, she told me to give her a second and then walked away to help the next guest.. then another lady walked over there and Id asked her the same question, again politely, and she very rudely told me we need to get to the people who were here first I thought the whole point of a pick up order was so I didnt have to wait.. ended up having to wait over an hour for a pickup order that took all of 2 minutes to get to me.
