Josh was THE BEST. He identified a complex problem and worked hard until it was fixed, all while stayed out of our hair as much as possible. Most of all, Josh was extremely respectful and professional and a good communicator in layman's terms about the problem.

Good service BUT. beware of their prices. Had them install a new kitchen faucet that I had already purchased. They charged me over $300 for about 30 minutes of work. Then had them look at a leaky faucet in my bath tub. They had to replace one part (on Home Depots website costs $70) and charged me over $250. Like I said, good service but the prices are outrageous. Ill be looking to do future jobs on my own or with somebody else.

We put up this negative review 4 months ago and 3 months ago the new owner said they'd be reaching out and have not. Our review: This is for a contract signed on 10/10/2022 and work done on 11/3/22, and we are finally getting around to posting this review. We were given a range for running a gas line for our pool heater of $1800-2300 and we were charged the maximum with no itemized receipt. We asked them to send us an itemized list of what work was done and the cost becauseof being given a range for the total cost and we wanted to understand why the cost ended up at the highest end of the range. I had to email again 4 days later due to no response and again I asked for a breakdownand explanation of the total cost. This is all they sent with no itemized receipt: Each job like this is priced out based on the time involved and the material costs. We give a range like we do due to the cost of materials fluctuating so much these days. Each bid is good for 30 days and the reason for that is also that the cost of materials is so unpredictable. Material costs were on the higher end at the time of the install of your gas line. We told them that we were very disappointed and frustrated as we were charged the maximum amount of the range given - $2300 without an itemized receipt. Also, soon after running the gas line, much of the pipes rusted. We emailed on 2/2/23 and had to reach out to them again on 2/8 because we didnt get a response. They responded and apologized on 2/9 and set up to replace the rusty pipes and clamps for 2/22, which they did. Tony called and explained that the previous employee (no longer worked for them), who did our work, did not spray the pipes with the proper rust-proof spray and he would personally come out to inspect on 2/22. The work was done over 2 days but we were surprised that Tony never showed up. So overall, disappointing experience and shocked that they wouldnt provide an itemized receipt for their work. This seems a little shady and not the proper way to do business. They give you a range and charge you the max with no breakdown of the cost other than an explanation that material costs went up in the 3.5 weeks from when we signed the contract and the work was done.
