Called Rusty with a leaking shower head. He came out the next morning and fixed the issue. He also explained to me how to fix it myself next time when no other plumber would do this. He also fixed the shower head so there is now more water pressure. Very happy with the service.

When we called in, they were unable to give us a price quote, even though we knew exactly what the problem was. We had already been able to get a price quote from another company to come flush our clogged sewer drain for $320, but they were unable to see us until tomorrow first thing. We opted to see if someone could get us in a little sooner. To our surprise, Mr. Flush could see us right away, but there was a catch. There was a $99 service fee just to come look, which will not be included in the repair cost (contrary to what the young lady told us over the phone). Also, they couldn't give us a ballpark estimate of what it would cost, even though we knew already what was wrong. Still, its a semi-urgent matter, so we decided to have then come on out. How big of a price difference could it be if they were going to do the same service? The answer is a lot apparently. Jared came out and was professional and courteous. He explained that they used different equipment than most plumbing companies. The price for using that equipment? $650, double what the other company wanted to come out and do the same thing in the morning. What's more, he had a price booklet with all the services, so why didn't the person we spoke with on the phone have the same information? I understand that there are variables that might make the price go up, that's completely understandable, but a general idea would have been nice. That way we could have saved them a trip and them charging a service fee. To be completely fair, they did half the cost of the service fee to $49. Then after he left, Jared very kindly got in touch with the actual owner, who agreed to refund us that charge as well, so we ended up not having to pay in the end. Bottom line is up front pricing would have saved us all a lot of time and confusion. It reminds me of something my mother used to tell me as a kid: if you ask for a price and its not immediately apparent, you probably can't afford it. Lesson learned.

Very very high costs. Doubled of what other businesses charge. To the owner- It took a week from time I called to come to house, that specific time was the day after Christmas. I did not choose Christmas time to arrange repair. I could not find any other help at the current time. So demand for repair was this businesses advantage. The charge to just come out to look at situation was over 100 dollars. I spent over 600.00 for small repairs to the toilets.

Very nice over the phone which is why they got two stars. They do not do free estimates for any job. All I wanted was to see what they would charge to hook up a laundry sink in my garage. The pipes are already there and easy to access due to my laundry room being right off the garage. They wanted to charge $99 just to come out and "look at it". Absolutely ridiculous.
