There was an older woman of color who gave me immaculate customer service and when I went over to pay, the other women in there were just as friendly and polite as you can get. I went in feeling uneasy and came out with a warm feeling and a smile

I am Jamie Weaver and I am a photographer in Savannah Georgia. I love photographing Surprise proposals and specialize in making them run smoothly and perfectly! I received a request for a heart made out of flowers and I called Ana with piece of mind floral.
She was early, great communication, the photos, as you can see, below were made better because of her! She went way above and beyond even adding extra special touches, I love working with her for weddings and events! She always goes above and beyond

Beautiful flowers...INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I called at 4:30pm on a Wed afternoon and asked if I could get a wedding bouquet by the end of the day, 6:00pm!!! Eeek!!!! At the VERY last minute, I decided to gift a friend with a beautiful bouquet for her courthouse wedding the next morning. Problem 1...I'm in Wash, DC and couldn't make it to the ceremony. Problem 2...it's already end of day and the ceremony is 1st thing Thurs morning!!! Ana...Ana...ANA to the rescue!!!! Ana was a godsend. She was so professional and patient. After 10 mins of conversation to determine what I wanted for my friend (you know...something that said I don't care if you're getting married at the courthouse...this is your special day and dang it, you're gonna feel special!!!), she assured me that she would have the bouquet ready for her fianc to pickup within the hour. WHAT...are you kidding me!!! It was a Christmas miracle in March!!! :-) In less than an hour, she crafted a bouquet that brought my friend to tears (happy tears). She was totally surprised and overjoyed. Not only was the customer service experience phenomenal, the price (and value) was more than fair. I don't live in Savannah, but my friend can expect flowers from Peace of Mind for EVERY special occasion moving forward.

Ms Amy was phenomenal. Thank you for making this sad situation easy for my family and I. Keep that awesome spirit. It is definitely helpful to us who are still grieving!
