Had a wonderful time at the Kimpton Brice hotel in Savannah Georgia. Beautiful building inside and out. Incredibly kind and helpful staff. 5 stars. Would recommend.

Kimpton Brice Hotel reached out and resolved the issue of cancelation fee. I am happy with the result and thought that the hotel management was responsive and reasonable.

Where to begin. First its a nice place, courtyard and pool are solid and the rooms are fine.. but this place is run HORRIBLY!!!
The day we got here some new dude checked us in and didnt even put us down as actual guests, so fast forward to the next day when my wife and I are taking a nap before dinner and some stranger walks into our room because they never had the room booked for us when we arrived.
Scared my wife to death and startled us. They blamed it on their new employee who we saw the next day and never apologized.
Asked for room service countless times to finally get it our 3rd day and when we got it they never brought us new towels.
Nice place, decent location but managed poorly and should really be upset with themselves with what happened to us.

We LOVED the Kimpton Brice Hotel! The property itself is beautiful- its centrally located on Bay Street, so you can walk or take the DOT around town to see the parks and monuments. (The DOT is the free hop on/ hop off bus they have that does around town- perfect for older moms who cant walk as much, like mine!) When we arrived early for our check in, Kevin was outside waiting and made sure all of our things were out of the car and stored for us. The room wasnt ready so we decided to explore. Kevin chased us across a park to make sure we had everything we needed!
When we returned they were just finishing our room, so we sat in the beautiful courtyard and enjoyed the complimentary happy hour. There were many guests enjoying it as well, including some of the 4 legged variety. The hotel is pet friendly and we never missed an opportunity to pet a good boy!
The room took a little longer than expected (it was spring break and they were BUSY) but we were sipping wine in the GA sunshine so we had no issues, but when we did get settled, Devan took great care to make sure we were comfortable and that we had our bags. He even suggested some places to eat and things to do that we hadnt thought of. The service was honestly the best part of the hotel- everyone from maintenance to housekeeping was helpful, friendly and always moving!
Our room overlooked the pool and had a little balcony with a bistro table set to enjoy a sunset glass of wine and a sunrise cup of coffee, and it was perfect. Very quiet and peaceful.
I will be back for sure and recommending the place to anyone who will listen! Thanks again for everything, we really enjoyed our stay!
Rooms: Gorgeous rooms with good lighting in the bathrooms but no coffee makers. Coffee is served in the lobby!
Walkability: You can walk to many attractions, and they are also near the DOT (free public hop on/hop off bus that goes around the historic district).
Food & drinks: The hotel is attached to an Italian restaurant it serves breakfast, lunch & dinner. Breakfast is traditional, southern, not Italian!
