The staff needs training in in customer service. Try be selection of clothing not my style, mostly lounge wear. Their select by of clothing has deterred.

I love Loft for the quality, selection, style, and value. I often shop on line because the store is not close to my home. Twice I have need to return or exchange items from online purchases to the store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I usually leave with replacement of items I am exchanging along with a few other purchases. I wish there was a Loft store closer to my home!

It's interesting their door reads "open to all" when I was forced to leave because I couldn't wear a mask. There were zero other shoppers in the store and I have a medical exemption I wasn't even asked if I had a medical reason for being unable to wear a mask and was just told if I didn't put the mask on I had to leave. That type of service is beyond ridiculous and uncalled for. I can't believe over a year after the "wear a mask for 2 weeks to lessen the curve" customers are being treated like trash for being unable to wear a mask.
