        Horrible customer service, food is always cold, most of the time its drive thru only and super slow, they rush you through your order, they should just close this McDonalds down. For the price of food it is not worth it.

        the app said "McDonald's at 2100 Kanoelehua st., Hilo" is closed at 23:50. but they are open. can't make order through the app. same every night. reinstall app doesn't help. what a shame.
