        I took my new car in for routine maintenance on 3/20 and also asked about an issue I had with removing one of the plastic tab/screw covering the under-seat filters. Mitch handled my inquiry and thoroughly described the delicate technique needed to remove the most fickle of them.

        I worked with Richard in the service center. He was very understanding of a seatbelt issue. I was having on the way down to Salt Lake City. He got me in very quickly and was able to fix the problem. Friendly, helpful, just what Petersons s Toyota needs!
