        Not good for customers or employees. Lost a dear friend to cancer and have been extremely distraught. No compassion or understanding for what I was going through, got messages the next day that I was fired for missing work. I worked hard when I was there, but they kept employees who just sit around all day. Employees are unbelievably rude not only to each other but to customers. So many customers ignored in the front, and there was nothing I could do to help since I was on window. First restaurant job and I'll never be going back there to work or as a customer. I don't dislike Wendy's but this location is one of the worst. If you're craving a burger McDonald's is right across the street and so many lovely local restaurants nearby.

        Went in for a quick bite. Rested mostly empty. Tried the kiosk since there were no humans to assist. I Wanted to customize my sandwich but couldnt see how to do it since Ive had no training on their ordering system. Asked if we could just get someone to take our order. Manager was very unfriendly but told someone in the dining room to help us. We were on the verge of leaving. He did help and told us the kiosk was forced on them and they dont like them either. Im all for technology but when it just frustrates staff and customers its not worth it. Wendys used to be known for customer service. I wont go back. There are so many better options. Do better or keep loosing customers until you close.

        I saw an employee blow into his glove to put it on! the floor was sticky you could hear yourself and others walking cause your shoes stuck to it!
