I have purchased many properties over the years. I have never seen a team of realtors work so effectively. The Christy and Brian team are unmatched in my experience and exceeded my expectations. They pay attention to the details of the offer in a way that allowed me to know that I am getting the best price, terms and contingencies. They updated me almost every day during the entire process. They picked the day to put it on the market. Four Days later we had the best offer and 7 days later there was a huge influx of similar homes on the market that I didnt have to compete with. This is just one example of their attention to detail. They removed all contingencies from the offer (ie I will buy the property if this doesnt happen or you do this ) They also removed all the little extra asks from the buyer such as I want your $4K refrigerator thrown in on the deal. Will absolutely use them again!
